Licensing & Usage
What is the validity of the software license?
The license is Perpetual.
How many systems or users can use one license?
The license covers One system/user.
Can the license be transferred to a new system?
Yes. If you upgrade hardware or change systems, the license is transferable.
Technical & Standards
Which design standards are included?
Currently included standards: API 6D, API 609, API 600, ASME B16.34, and ASME BPVC Sec. VIII Div.1.
System Requirements & Connectivity
- OS: Compatible with Windows (preferable), Mac, and Linux.
- Connectivity: Internet connectivity is required for running the software.
- Data Storage: Data is stored Locally. There is no cloud dependency or storage limit.
- Backup: Users can manually backup data locally as required.
Support & Training
What is included in Technical Support?
Technical support is valid for 1 year and is provided remotely.
Is Training provided?
Yes, a one-day training session for software operation is included. It can be planned either online or on-site.
Can we request customization?
Yes, customization is provided. Specifically, your Company Logo and Name will be included in all documents and reports generated by the software.
